The 2022 Signature oil is a unique early harvest style with fruity, herbaceous flavours and a subtle peppery finish. Cold pressed from olive varieties including the rare Bouqettier, Mission and Verdale, this organic oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches.
Grampians Olive Co is home to the historic 'Toscana' Olive Plantation. Established in 1943 by immigrant farmer Jacob Friedman, they are still 100% family owned, and run by two generations in the beautiful Grampians in North West Victoria.
